Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center

Loved the pleasantness of the staff when we checked in with the exception of the check out staff. But won't allow that one negative experience to taint the wonderful time we had at the resort. We traveled with 2 young kids, they had a blast, we loved the numerous activities that the hotel offered, the hotel being in a great location, close to many other attractions and activities.We had a great 4 nights there, absolutely no complaints and looking forward to returning in December during our son's Winter break. I loved that the indoor heated pool was really heated, as the many I've been to lacked any type of heat..Restaurant food was awesome, as well as the staff..Outdoor pool a nice size and clean..

We had stayed at this hotel for a conference under the previous owners. The new owners have put perfume on a pig, so to speak, and it looks nice. The bad part is the mattresses they chose; pillow top. You don't put pillow top mattresses in a hotel. There was no support to the mattresses. We could not have stayed another night.

We had a wonderful experience with Wyndam Resort in Lancaster. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big, convenient and spotless. We will definitely stay there again and refer our friends to this fantastic place.

The pool it's great and service with the service great they replace our towels nicely and everybody friendly bathroom clean and beds is confort no complain at all inside pool was a bit too much with bleach but outside great bar great and educated person there very nice and it's safe for kid cuz the pool it's in the middle of the hotel for my family it's 👌 👍 🥰 perfect

After reading other peoples comments I was a little skeptical about it but after checking in and seeing the room and amenities it was perfect. There was no lugging our luggage around our room was perfect, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was big and definitely had enough toilet paper. Bonus they even provided bath and body works shampoo and conditioner which I loved, came home and bought some myself. We could walk around the room barefoot and it didn't feel gross. (I am big on flipflops especially at hotels) The indoor pool was great, clean, heated and they provided towels. The game room was ok, my son loves claw machines and there was only 1 which wasn't filled much. The location was awesome with dining all around and a shopping center a block away. All in all it was a great weekend we all enjoyed it and will definitely be visiting again.
